The team is seeking a Technical Lead - Staff Software Developer who will act as an engineering team leader driving high-quality delivery of product improvements. This role requires a hands-on approach, contributing to the codebase while leading a team of developers. The position is based in Pune, and candidates located in or willing to relocate to Pune are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience with web technologies and frameworks, including React or Angular.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
