About this role
The team is seeking a Technical Lead with expertise in SAS Viya and SAS Administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAS GRID and Viya operations, providing essential support for day-to-day activities while acting as a subject matter expert for SAS users and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee SAS GRID 9.4 and SAS Viya 4.0 operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Manage daily operations and support for SAS GRID and Viya platforms.
- Serve as a liaison between SAS users and IT, facilitating effective communication and problem resolution.
- Utilize SAS Tools such as Management Console, SAS Deployment Manager, and SAS Deployment Wizard for efficient operations.
- Monitor and manage SAS environments using SAS Environment Manager, Grafana, ESM, and Open Search dashboards.
- Implement and support AWS and Kubernetes deployments in SAS environments as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAS GRID and SAS Viya, with a strong understanding of their operational frameworks.
- Proficiency in SAS management tools and dashboards.
- Experience with AWS and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in SAS operations and administration.
