The team is seeking a Technical Lead - PCB Design Engineer to join their team in Bangalore, India. This role is crucial in driving the design and development of printed circuit boards for advanced technology applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of PCB layouts and schematics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in PCB design.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the design process.
- Conduct design reviews and troubleshoot issues during the development phase.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and tools in PCB design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in PCB design using tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components and circuit design principles.
- Experience in high-speed digital design and RF circuit design is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in PCB design and engineering.
