About this role
The team is seeking a Technical Lead for their Onboarding team. In this role, you will lead a team with a hands-on approach, focusing on innovative strategies to detect fraud and enhance user experience. You will be responsible for creating design artifacts for implementation and building cloud-native applications that run on GCP or AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in developing zero-defect software and comprehensive test cases.
- Ensure that new releases pass static code analysis, performance, and load tests.
- Develop UI components, APIs, business components, and microservices to simplify the user journey.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, ideally in a software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
- Expertise in software development methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with fraud detection techniques and user experience optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software development and technical leadership roles.
