The team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead .Net Fullstack to guide their development team in building robust and scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET technologies and a proven track record of leading development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team in designing and implementing scalable .NET applications.
- Collaborate with product management to define project scope and deliverables.
- Review code and provide mentorship to team members.
- Ensure best practices in software development and maintain high standards of quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with .NET technologies including ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Core.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Experience with database management systems, preferably SQL Server.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
