About this role
The team is seeking a Technical Lead/Module Lead to oversee a dynamic team while actively engaging in hands-on development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for innovating new strategies to detect fraud and will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of cloud-native applications on platforms such as GCP and AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a development team with a hands-on approach to foster innovation and collaboration.
- Ideate and implement new methods for fraud detection.
- Create design artifacts to guide the implementation process.
- Build and maintain cloud-native applications utilizing GCP and AWS.
- Develop software using frameworks such as Node.js, React, JavaScript, and Python.
- Ensure the delivery of zero-defect software by creating comprehensive test cases.
- Conduct static code analysis, performance testing, and load testing for new releases.
- Develop UI components, APIs, business components, and microservices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, React, JavaScript, and Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly GCP and AWS.
- Familiarity with software development best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software development and team leadership roles.
