The team is seeking a Technical Lead Manager to drive the development and integration of their innovative platform. This role is pivotal in leading a team that focuses on leveraging AI to enhance data integration across various applications and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and developers in building and maintaining the integration platform.
- Oversee the design and implementation of robust, scalable solutions that utilize AI for data integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.
- Manage project timelines and deliver progress reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, ideally within data integration or software development.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in data solutions.
- Experience with integration platforms and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
