About this role
The team is seeking a Technical Lead - Java Full Stack to provide technical leadership and guidance to the team while also working independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and integrating robust, fault-tolerant backend services and Angular frontend solutions for information processing requirements related to payment accuracy products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership to the team, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Guide team members in their technical tasks and support their professional development.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient backend services using Java.
- Develop user-friendly and responsive front-end applications using Angular.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code is delivered.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Java and Angular development.
- Proficiency in building and integrating backend services.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full stack development.
