The team is seeking a Technical Lead - Full Stack to join their innovative team focused on revolutionizing customer acquisition and engagement. This role involves leveraging data, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI) to build a next-generation platform that enhances customer experiences across various channels including Web, Mobile, and IVR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in the application.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong back-end development skills in Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and AI frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in full-stack development with a proven track record in leading technical projects.
