The team is seeking a Technical Lead specializing in Formulations & Packaging Technologies to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring the quality of consumer health products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and optimization of formulations for various consumer health products.
- Oversee packaging technology initiatives to enhance product delivery and consumer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Conduct stability studies and product testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in technical aspects and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in formulations and packaging technologies within the consumer health or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in a relevant technical role, with a focus on product development and innovation.
