They are seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the development and implementation of their innovative SaaS solutions powered by AI. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and deployment of SaaS applications.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scope.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code quality and testing.
- Mentor and guide team members in technical skills and career development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform product development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development and architecture, particularly in SaaS applications.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a technical leadership role, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.
