About this role
The team is seeking a Technical Lead with strong experience in designing and delivering scalable web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring high-quality, reliable, and maintainable software delivery across the full stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable applications.
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Guide and mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive delivery of features with a focus on quality, performance, and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders for successful delivery.
- Continuously improve engineering processes, automation, and system reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Frontend: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Backend: Node.js, REST APIs, Microservices.
- Architecture: System Design, Scalable Distributed Systems.
- Engineering Practices: Agile, Code Reviews, Design Patterns, Performance Optimization.
- Tools: Git, CI/CD, Monitoring & Logging.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and technical leadership.
