The team is seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Engineering to join their dynamic team in Noida. This role involves leading engineering projects and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions in alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in software engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years and up to 10 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership.
