The team is seeking an experienced Technical Lead for Embedded Software Application Projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Embedded Systems, IoT, AI, Cloud, and Software Engineering. This role involves leading various projects, defining system architecture, and ensuring the successful execution and delivery of technical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Embedded, IoT, Edge AI, and Cloud projects.
- Design modular software architectures and systems.
- Convert project requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and technical skills.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in Embedded Systems and Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or similar.
- Experience with IoT frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI and Edge computing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
