About this role
The team is seeking a Technical Lead DevOps to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the DevOps processes and ensuring the smooth integration of development and operations. You will lead a team of engineers to implement automation and continuous integration practices that enhance the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to implement best practices.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate infrastructure and application deployments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
- Implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Manage cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Maintain security best practices in DevOps processes and environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in DevOps practices and tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in DevOps or related fields, with a focus on leading teams and projects.
