About this role
The team is seeking a Technical Lead in DevOps to drive the design and implementation of a robust CI/CD tooling platform. This role requires collaboration with Infrastructure, Application Development, and Security teams to create automated infrastructure solutions, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security controls, monitoring, and feedback loops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CI/CD tooling.
- Assist Application Development teams in building and enhancing their Infrastructure and Application Build and Release Pipelines.
- Support CI/CD processes and associated tools for both development and production environments.
- Ensure best practices in security and testing are integrated into the CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on DevOps practices and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in DevOps practices and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
- Familiarity with security controls and testing in CI/CD environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in DevOps or related fields.
