About this role
The team is seeking a Technical Lead to join their team in Coimbatore, India. In this role, you will play a key part in the eLIMS-Forensics programme, supporting the delivery of enterprise systems across Forensic Case Management, LIMS, and Expert Reporting platforms. This position operates within a complex, regulated forensic environment and combines software architecture, hands-on development, and delivery leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery of enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Design and implement software architecture for forensic applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the UK, Europe, and offshore delivery centres.
- Guide and mentor team members in software development best practices.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful implementation of solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development and architecture, particularly in regulated environments.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with database management systems and cloud technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and technical leadership.
