Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable and resilient software solutions.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams to foster growth and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Data teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Make informed technology decisions that align with business goals.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in product engineering.
- Strong expertise in software architecture and design principles.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and frameworks such as React, AWS, and Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
