The team is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead who can own and drive large technical initiatives from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical owner for key initiatives, setting direction and making architectural decisions.
- Write critical code and ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance system performance and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a lead engineering role, demonstrating strong technical expertise.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software development and leadership.
