About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Technical Lead specializing in C++ to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design, development, and evolution of scalable and robust application frameworks and common software components. You will drive the adoption of best practices in object-oriented design, design patterns, and software architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and development of software solutions.

- Conduct thorough design reviews and code reviews, ensuring high quality, performance, and maintainability of software.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in C++ programming and software development.
- In-depth knowledge of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
- Experience with software architecture and system design.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
