The team is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the technical architecture and design decisions for assigned modules, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. This role requires a strong leader who can guide a team of developers while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own technical architecture and design decisions for assigned modules.
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices across the team.
- Break down business requirements into technical designs and actionable development tasks for the team.
- Guide and mentor developers on technical problem-solving, debugging, and design approaches.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages and frameworks relevant to the projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior developers.
- Experience with code review processes and best practices in software engineering.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in a technical leadership role or similar position.
