The team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in core Java and advanced Java concepts, along with a deep understanding of JVM fundamentals and object-oriented programming principles. This role is pivotal in guiding the development of innovative solutions within the telecommunications sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and implementing robust applications.
- Develop high-quality code using Core Java and advanced Java technologies.
- Ensure the application architecture is scalable and fault-tolerant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications for performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, advanced Java concepts, and JVM fundamentals.
- Proficiency in data structures, collections, and multithreading.
- Experience with the Spring framework and familiarity with J2EE, EJBs, and Struts.
- Solid understanding of SQL and JavaScript, with exposure to AJAX.
- Knowledge of application servers and Unix fundamentals, with shell scripting experience being a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly in Java and telecommunications applications.
