About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Java applications. This role requires a strong background in Java and associated technologies, as well as leadership skills to manage a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements.
- Mentor and guide team members in best practices for software development.
- Ensure high-quality code through code reviews and adherence to industry standards.
- Drive the adoption of modern application architectures and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Strong understanding of modern application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proven track record of leading software development projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in software development with a focus on Java technologies.
