The team is seeking a Technical Consultant - Digital to join their team. The consultant will be responsible for development, bug fixing, implementation, support, customization, application and business rules configuration, training, and documentation. This role involves managing customers through a structured methodology to ensure successful solution deployment, knowledge transfer, adherence to best practices, and go-live completion. Projects may be executed on-site or remotely in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop source code to meet application requirements and specifications.
- Perform bug fixing and troubleshooting to enhance system performance.
- Implement and customize solutions based on client needs.
- Configure application and business rules to align with best practices.
- Provide training and support to clients for effective solution usage.
- Document processes, configurations, and training materials for future reference.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development and technical consulting.
- Strong knowledge of application customization and configuration.
- Familiarity with structured methodologies for project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience with relevant programming languages and tools.
Experience required: 5-8 years in a technical consulting or software development role.
