The team is seeking a Technical Consultant to join their team within a leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions SaaS Product Company. This role is ideal for an astute individual with a strong technical foundation who can collaborate effectively with a broader engineering team. The consultant will drive the development, deployment cycle, and implementation of industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical support during customer upgrades and deployments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for customers.
- Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and systems.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools, such as SQL, Python, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in a technical consulting role, preferably within the SaaS or supply chain domain.
