The team is seeking a talented Technical Consultant to serve as a Technical Mentor specializing in Data, AI/ML, Finance, and Full Stack development. This full-time, onsite position is based in Mehsana, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate will be a practitioner and educator dedicated to mentoring international job seekers targeting roles in the USA, UK, and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions on technical topics related to Data, AI/ML, Finance, and Full Stack development.
- Conduct mock interviews to prepare candidates for the global job market.
- Author and curate technical materials that enhance the learning experience.
- Coach candidates on best practices for succeeding in international hiring processes.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to help candidates improve their skills and confidence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong background in Data, AI/ML, Finance, and Full Stack technologies.
- Proven experience in mentoring, teaching, or coaching individuals in a technical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create structured training programs and materials.
- Familiarity with global hiring trends and practices in the tech industry.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in a relevant technical field, with experience in mentoring or training preferred.
