The team is seeking a Technical Consultant to join their dynamic team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role is ideal for individuals who are innovative, passionate, and eager to grow within an inclusive and forward-thinking organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, as well as knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in technical consulting or a similar role.
