About this role
The team is seeking a Technical Career Coach specializing in AI and Cloud technologies to join their team in a remote, night shift role. This position is designed for an individual who is passionate about guiding and mentoring students towards successful career outcomes in the tech industry.
In this ownership role, you will be accountable for the success of your cohort of students, ensuring they remain on track and achieve their career goals. You will play a critical role in facilitating placements and helping students take significant steps into the fields of AI and Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a cohort of students, overseeing their progress and providing personalized guidance.
- Develop and implement strategies to keep students engaged and motivated.
- Conduct regular check-ins and assessments to monitor student performance.
- Collaborate with industry partners to create placement opportunities for students.
- Provide feedback and support to help students refine their skills and improve their employability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in career coaching, mentoring, or a related role within the tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of AI and Cloud technologies, including relevant tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple students effectively.
- Passion for helping others succeed in their careers.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in coaching, mentoring, or education in technology fields.
