About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect specializing in Salesforce, particularly within the Life Sciences sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud, specifically the Advanced Therapy Module (ATM). This role involves architecting solutions that integrate Salesforce with various external systems such as LIMS, ERP, EHR, and logistics platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored for the Life Sciences industry.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices relevant to the Life Sciences sector.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience specifically in an architect role.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud, with a focus on the Advanced Therapy Module.
- Proficient in integration technologies, particularly MuleSoft.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
