About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Technical Architect Cloud with a strong focus on React L3 Support. In this role, you will be the core technical escalation point responsible for investigating, debugging, and resolving complex, customer-reported frontend and middleware issues in production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage customer issues and perform root cause analysis for critical production defects.
- Investigate, reproduce, and resolve performance bottlenecks in the application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of the cloud infrastructure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-8 years of hands-on experience in ReactJS and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with debugging tools and performance monitoring solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
