The team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing scalable solutions that enhance customer engagement through innovative technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for customer engagement platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define technical requirements and specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role in software development.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with modern frameworks and tools like React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in technical architecture and software development.
