About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Technical Architect to define and execute a comprehensive technical architecture roadmap that integrates both front-end and back-end technologies. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to ensure the seamless integration of all components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define a long-term technical architecture strategy that supports scalability and growth.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks, providing innovative full-stack solutions.
- Implement and manage GraphQL and React technologies to enhance application performance.
- Establish and enforce technical guidelines and best practices across the development teams.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior developers and engineers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical architecture, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proficiency in GraphQL, React, and other relevant frameworks and tools.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex systems.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in a technical architecture or similar role.
