Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the backend engineering team in designing and implementing scalable and reliable systems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their skills and career development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on product requirements.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python.
- Proficient in database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in backend development with a proven track record of leading engineering teams.
