About this role
The team is seeking a Tech Lead Web App - Full Stack Developer to lead the design and development of their complete web stack. In this role, you will be responsible for solving complex architectural, scalability, and performance issues while ensuring the optimization and functionality of the core product software and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the web app and full stack development team, acting as the single point of contact for all activities.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases.
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules for the web application.
- Understand project requirements and develop web application features accordingly.
- Mentor team members and assist them in overcoming technical challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full stack development with proficiency in technologies such as React, Node.js, and databases like MongoDB or SQL.
- Strong understanding of web architecture and design principles.
- Experience in performance optimization and scalability solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years in web development and team leadership roles.
