About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Tech Lead Network & Security to join their team in Nehru Place, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security and leadership experience, with a focus on firewall architecture, VPN, and data center security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the network and security team to ensure optimal performance and security of the network infrastructure.
- Design and implement firewall architecture and VPN solutions to protect sensitive data.
- Oversee network access control (NAC) and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate security measures into existing systems.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on expertise in firewall architecture, network security, VPN, NAC, routing, switching, and data center security.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network and security roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position (Tech Lead, L3, or similar).
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP Security, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
