The team is seeking a Tech Lead for Mobile Apps to oversee the design and development of their complete mobile application stack, focusing on Android and React Native platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring the performance, optimization, and functionality of the mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Android-based mobile applications.
- Oversee the complete mobile application stack, including React Native components.
- Solve complex performance issues and address architectural challenges.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software and databases.
- Act as the single point of contact for all activities within the Android mobile app team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to overcome technical challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mobile application development, particularly with Android and React Native.
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and performance optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining software applications.
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in mobile app development and team leadership.
