The team is seeking a Tech Lead for their Java Android Framework team based in Bangalore, India. This role is crucial for driving the development and enhancement of innovative mobile applications that support various critical functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Android applications using Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding and design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Java and Android development.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Android development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
