The team is seeking a Tech Lead with a strong background in Java to join their dynamic team. This role involves guiding a team of developers, conducting technical sessions, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Conduct technical sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and design.
- Design and implement robust applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies, including Serverless Architecture, into existing systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills to effectively work with team members and stakeholders.
- Any certification in Software Testing will be considered an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
