Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with database technologies like SQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in full stack development, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
