The team is seeking a Tech Lead (Full Stack) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of web developers, managing project tasks and providing guidance and support as necessary. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for web applications, ensuring high-quality user interfaces, robust server-side logic, and seamless database integration.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in full stack development and team leadership.
