About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise across backend, frontend, and modern cloud-native technologies. This role will focus on providing technical guidance, architecture, design, code reviews, mentoring, and adopting best practices within the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical direction of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Tech Lead or similar role with a strong software development background.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks, including but not limited to Java, Python, React, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience: 8-14 years in software development and team leadership.
