About this role
The team is seeking a Tech Lead to provide technical leadership and drive architectural decisions for scalable and resilient platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system design and a passion for integrating AI-led development practices into the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own system design, architecture, and technology choices for scalable, resilient platforms.
- Drive the adoption of microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native patterns.
- Ensure that systems meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Champion AI-first engineering by embedding AI-led development workflows, AI copilots, and automation in the SDLC.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in existing systems and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical leadership and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of microservices and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with AI and automation in software development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software development and technical leadership roles.
