The team is seeking a Team/Tech Lead with expertise in Dot Net technologies to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 6-10 developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders on technical and non-technical aspects of projects.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on functional and behavioral competencies.
- Provide project estimations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Foster a positive team environment and encourage continuous learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead a team.
- Positive attitude and readiness to learn new concepts.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to understand quality factors in software development.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership.
