The team is seeking a dedicated Team Member for IT Infra Operations to oversee daily IT infrastructure operations. This role involves managing incident ticketing, resource allocation, shift scheduling, and escalation management. You will directly supervise and mentor a team of Server, Storage, and Onsite Engineers, ensuring technical excellence and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth incident management.
- Manage resource allocation and shift scheduling to optimize team performance.
- Supervise and mentor technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Ensure seamless handover of tasks and responsibilities among team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a technical team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with incident management tools and processes.
- Technical knowledge in server, storage, and onsite engineering practices.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years in IT infrastructure operations or a related field.
