As a Team Leader – IT Software Engineering, you will lead a software engineering team responsible for the development and support of strategic cloud-based applications and services. This role combines people leadership, technical leadership, and delivery ownership to ensure high-quality software solutions aligned with business and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and enhancements.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation effectively.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering with a strong understanding of cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
