The team is seeking a Team Lead Software Engineering to oversee and guide a dynamic team of software developers. This role involves both disciplinary and technical management, ensuring that the team excels in delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the software development team.
- Provide technical guidance in the development of multi-tier web applications, utilizing Java, Spring, and Angular/React.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development, particularly with multi-tier web applications.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring framework, and front-end technologies like Angular or React.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team management and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
