About this role
The team is seeking a Team Lead for their Security Architecture Review team, a vital part of their expanding Security Architecture division. This role will report directly to the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and is focused on enhancing assurance processes as the organization transitions from traditional on-premises operations to a more virtual, software-defined, and cloud-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Security Architecture Review team in assessing the security posture of new systems.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure security requirements are integrated into system designs.
- Develop and implement security assurance processes to strengthen the overall security framework.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating security vulnerabilities.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to guide the team effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in security architecture and assurance processes.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and practices.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in security architecture or a related field is required.
