The team is seeking a Team Lead for MDG Supplier to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Master Data Governance (MDG) processes related to suppliers, ensuring data integrity and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of data governance specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective supplier data management and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data standards and practices.
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for supplier data-related queries and issues, providing expert guidance and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or MDG, with a strong focus on supplier data.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with data governance tools and frameworks.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
