The team is seeking a Team Lead for IT Infrastructure to oversee and enhance their internal IT operations. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT systems, and leading infrastructure projects that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT infrastructure specialists.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure high availability and performance of IT services and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business needs.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain security and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience with virtualization technologies and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
