About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Project Lead/Team Lead - Full Stack Developer to join their team in Mohali, Punjab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern full-stack development and will be responsible for client communication, project delivery, and developing scalable web applications and AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-stack development team in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver projects that meet their expectations.
- Build and consume REST APIs and manage third-party integrations.
- Implement AI automations using Text, Speech, and Call AI applications.
- Oversee project builds, scripting, and server management practices.
- Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong expertise in Laravel, Node.js, NestJS, React.js, and Next.js.
- Proficient in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Windsurf, Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver projects from start to finish.
